What is a virtual office address?

A virtual office address gives your business a professional office address without renting a full physical office. You can use the approved address for business correspondence, mail receiving, and selected business support services, depending on your package.

Can I use the Asani Hai address for my business registration?

You may use our address for approved business purposes, subject to verification and our written approval. However, acceptance by SECP, FBR, banks, Google, or any other authority depends on their own rules and requirements.

Can I use this address for Google Business Profile?

We may assist with Google Business Profile or business listing setup, but approval, verification, ranking, and continued listing are not guaranteed. Google and other platforms make their own decisions based on their policies.

Can I receive mail at this address?

Yes, you can receive ordinary business mail addressed to your approved business name. Mail handling is subject to your selected package, verification, and our operating policy.

Can I receive parcels, stock, or inventory at this address?

No, not by default. Our virtual office service is mainly for business correspondence, not warehousing or inventory handling. Parcels, stock, bulk deliveries, cash, valuables, or suspicious items are not accepted unless separately approved by us.

Can clients visit this address?

Walk-in clients are not allowed unless separately approved. If you want to meet clients, you can book a meeting room in advance, subject to availability and confirmation.

Is meeting room access included?

Meeting room access is available as an add-on and must be booked separately. It is subject to availability, payment, office hours, and confirmation.

What documents are required to start?

We may ask for CNIC or passport, business registration documents if available, NTN or tax details if applicable, proof of business activity, contact person details, and any other information needed for verification.

Can I use the address for bank account opening?

We can provide support where applicable, but bank account approval is never guaranteed. Final approval depends on the bank’s own verification, compliance process, and documentation requirements.

What happens if I stop using the service?

Once your service ends, you must stop using our address and remove it from your website, invoices, business cards, Google Business Profile, social media, bank records, tax records, listings, and all other business materials.
