Welcome to Asani Hai. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our virtual office, business address, mail handling, call handling, meeting room, day pass, and related business support services.

1. Our Services
Asani Hai provides virtual office and business support services in Blue Area, Islamabad.
- Business address usage
- Mail receiving and handling
- Mail forwarding (where requested)
- Call handling or call forwarding (where included)
- Meeting room access (where booked separately)
- Day pass access (where available)
- Business support services confirmed in writing
Services are subject to availability, verification, payment, and approval.
2. Business Address Usage
You may use our address only for approved and lawful business purposes. You must not use it for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Restricted or high-risk businesses without approval
- Receiving bulk inventory or walk-in customers without approval
- Misrepresenting a permanent physical presence
- Any activity causing legal or reputational risk
We reserve the right to refuse or stop address usage in case of misuse.
3. Verification Requirements
- CNIC, passport, or identity proof
- Business registration documents (if applicable)
- Tax/NTN details (if applicable)
- Proof of business activity
- Other compliance-related information
Failure to provide required information may result in delay or suspension.
4. Mail Handling
- Oversized parcels
- Hazardous or illegal items
- Perishable goods
- Cash, valuables, or cheques
- Suspicious deliveries
Courier, forwarding, and customs charges are the client’s responsibility. We are not responsible for third-party delays or loss.
5. Call Handling
Call handling (if included) is an administrative service only. We do not guarantee:
- No missed calls
- Immediate response
- Uninterrupted availability
6. Meeting Room & Day Pass
Access is subject to booking, availability, office hours, and building rules. No tenancy or permanent rights are granted.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We do not guarantee approval, verification, ranking, or visibility on Google or other platforms.
8. Bank, Tax & Legal Support
We provide support only and do not guarantee approval from any authority or institution.
9. Fees & Payments
- Advance payment required
- Additional services billed separately
- Non-refundable unless required by law
10. Cancellation & Renewal
Services continue based on package duration. After cancellation, you must remove our address from all listings and platforms.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend services due to misuse, non-payment, fraud, or compliance issues.
12. Client Conduct
Professional behavior is required at all times. Misconduct may result in service termination.
13. Privacy
We use client data only for service delivery, verification, billing, and compliance purposes.
14. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as available” without guarantees of business results or third-party approvals.
15. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service period.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction: Islamabad courts.
