Virtual Office Terms and Conditions
This document constitutes the Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) of the Virtual Office Agreement between AsaniHai (a sister company of Printlo, printlo.pk) and the Client. The Agreement governs the provision of virtual office services and sets forth the following terms:
1. Virtual Office Services
- The Client is purchasing a virtual office address from AsaniHai for business correspondence purposes.
- AsaniHai shall provide mail and package handling services, along with a dedicated phone number for call answering and forwarding.
2. Financials
- Payment Obligations: The Client agrees to make timely payments for the virtual office services as outlined in invoices provided by AsaniHai.
- Payment Method: Payments are to be made to the provided bank account on the invoice and sent to sales@asanihai.com.
3. Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: Both Parties agree to treat all non-public information obtained during the term of this Agreement as confidential, including but not limited to client lists, financial information, and business strategies.
4. Termination of Agreement
- Client Termination: The Client may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice with a 30-day notice period.
- AsaniHai Termination: AsaniHai may terminate this Agreement immediately due to material breach by the Client, including non-payment of fees, or if the Client engages in activities that jeopardize the security or reputation of AsaniHai.
5. Liability, Indemnification, and Misuse
- Limitation of Liability: AsaniHai shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of virtual office services.
- Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold AsaniHai harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Client’s use of virtual office services, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the virtual office address or services for illegal or unethical purposes.
6. Prohibited Use of Address After Termination
- Post-Termination Usage: Upon termination, the Client agrees to cease using the virtual office address for official, legal, or business correspondence purposes.
- Documentary Restrictions: The Client shall not use the virtual office address in any official documents, legal contracts, registrations, licenses, or materials after the termination date, and shall promptly update all records and registrations to reflect a new address.
7. Survival of Terms
- Continuing Obligations: The obligations and restrictions outlined in Section 6 (“Prohibited Use of Address After Termination”) shall survive the termination of this Agreement indefinitely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Virtual Office Agreement, which shall be effective from the date of signing (email acknowledgment shall also be treated as signed).
